WE WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOU THAT VAN GOGH IS IN OUR SCHOOL!

We would like to show you that Van Gogh is in our School!

We have just started the short projectwork about Van Gogh in Calimero School. It will take us one month and we will show you our improvement step by step, week after week...

The first week, we introduced Van Gogh, his name, his job and his appearance. The pupils were amazed because of his ginger hair. They said: -He has blood in his face and hair. He paints, he is not a policeman or a teacher.

We experienced how is his self-portrait by painting in the walls using a projector, and we could realise where the face parts are. It was funny!

The second week, we could have a look on different pictures. Who is not Van Gogh? We introduced Gaudi, Picasso and Goya and we played where is Van gogh? Is he Van Gogh?

Finally, we decide to give the pupils a camera in order to take pictures of their classmates. They put on different hats watching different self-portraits in the school. They painted his face in ginger colour and that's all, let's go! We are Van Gogh!
